Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of nurse reviewers to meet contract deliverables
• Assesses and adjusts daily workload and schedules to meet departmental demands
• Monitors quality and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans

Required Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN or RN licensure required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in healthcare with 1-3 years' review experience
• 2 years' recent clinical experience required
