Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of Speech-Language Pathologists in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of SLPs through coaching, mentorship, and training
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure quality of care and team success
Conduct clinical evaluations and sessions while modeling best practices in the field

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience post-Clinical Fellowship
Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
Experience with pediatric assessments
Previous leadership experience required
ASHA Certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence and full licensure in state of residence
