Job Summary
Leading a team of RN Care Managers, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision in a remote setting, ensuring high-quality patient care through coordinated assessments and interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports to maintain an engaged workforce
- Monitor workflow and manage clinician schedules to meet patient demand and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to clinical standards and optimal patient interactions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, PharmD)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in clinical team leadership
- Experience in renal care or chronic disease management, with a preference for telephonic or virtual care experience
- Proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft tools
