State Licensed Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the clinical workflows of specialty care providers, the full-time State Licensed Clinical Support Specialist will ensure seamless virtual patient experiences and deliver clinical and administrative support in a remote setting, with core hours Monday to Friday and one weekend rotation per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate treatment management by assisting with patient and pharmacy communications and tracking prescription regimens
• Provide patient education and support, including instructions on medication usage and care plans
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) to ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant credentials (e.g., CMA or RMA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical support or care coordination, preferably in telehealth
• Experience in a clinical setting with knowledge of men's health, women's health, dermatology, or weight management
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and virtual care standards
• Proficient technical skills across various platforms, including EHRs and project management tools
