Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of real estate transactions, the full-time remote State Licensed Closing Operations Associate will coordinate closing activities, validate documentation, and resolve post-closing issues to ensure timely and compliant completion of files.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels during the closing process
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive smooth and accurate closings for buyers and sellers
• Review purchase contracts for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in closing operations, real estate transactions, or mortgage operations
• Experience in title and escrow closing, preferably with purchase transactions across multiple states
• Strong customer service orientation focused on enhancing client experiences
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to obtain state escrow licensing where required
