State Licensed Coding and OASIS Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare group, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessments while working remotely and independently.

Key responsibilities

• Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments
• Communicate with clients to educate them on trends related to coding and OASIS guidelines
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, including participation in client meetings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years recent Home Health coding and OASIS operational and/or quality experience
• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and compliance guidelines
