Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client SLAs and departmental KPIs to ensure targets are met
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures across the coding function
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and manage employee performance

Required Qualifications

• AAPC or AHIMA certification required (e.g., CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P)
• Over seven years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred
• Experience in anesthesia/surgical coding preferred
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
