State Licensed Collaborative Physician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collaboration Only Physician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Collaborative Physician in compliance with state regulations and the APP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement
• Meet all state-specific requirements for collaborators
• Conduct quarterly comprehensive quality reviews of APPs' patient charts

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or a related specialty
• Must be eligible for and able to obtain full credentialing
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of collaborations
• Previous experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting is preferred
