Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collateral Underwriter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform appraisal reviews of residential real estate to ensure compliance with standards
• Analyze property value issues and ensure appraisals are free from bias
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain appraisal compliance and address any issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of five years' experience in real estate underwriting
• Direct Endorsement (DE) and/or Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) certification required
• Prior experience in reviewing VA and/or FHA appraisals is required
• An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be accepted
