Job Summary
Serving as the primary service contact for a select portfolio of commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Commercial Client Manager will focus on client satisfaction, strategic planning, and providing excellent customer service leadership while managing risk evaluations, quotes, and policy details.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate exposures, obtain and negotiate quotes, and finalize submissions for clients
- Analyze client information and risk to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
- Maintain accurate account details and process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related tasks in EPIC
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficient in agency management systems, specifically EPIC
- Strong functional knowledge of Excel and MS Office products
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
