Job Summary

Serving as the primary service contact for a select portfolio of commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Commercial Client Manager will focus on client satisfaction, strategic planning, and providing excellent customer service leadership while managing risk evaluations, quotes, and policy details.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate exposures, obtain and negotiate quotes, and finalize submissions for clients
  • Analyze client information and risk to provide tailored recommendations and solutions
  • Maintain accurate account details and process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related tasks in EPIC
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Proficient in agency management systems, specifically EPIC
  • Strong functional knowledge of Excel and MS Office products
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
