Job Summary
Serving as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients, the full-time remote State Licensed Commercial Client Manager will be responsible for client satisfaction, strategic planning, and providing excellent customer service leadership while managing insurance coverages and risk evaluations.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluates exposures, negotiates quotes, and finalizes insurance proposals for clients
- Analyzes client information and applies technical expertise to make coverage recommendations
- Maintains accurate account details and processes renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related documentation in the agency management system (EPIC)
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Proficient in agency management systems, particularly EPIC, and Microsoft Office products
- Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
