Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney for a part-time position lasting 4-6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage commercial contracts related to healthcare, including OEM and supply chain agreements
• Draft and review RFPs, licensing, clinical trial, and marketing agreements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory frameworks and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with one or more State Bar associations
• Experience in commercial contract negotiation within the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks, particularly related to clinical trials
• Experience with discount pricing arrangements in healthcare
• Ability to work remotely in a part-time capacity
