Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts
• Collaborate with clients across different industries to meet their legal needs
• Provide legal advice and support related to commercial contracting matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
• Significant experience with complex commercial contracts
• Prior experience at a large corporate law firm and/or corporate legal department is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
