Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote, Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements and IT-related SOWs
• Handle confidential disclosure agreements, work orders, and amendments
• Collaborate with corporate clients to meet their legal contracting needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial contracts experience
• Significant experience with complex commercial transaction agreements
• Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company preferred
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
