Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial and Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide business-focused commercial legal advice across various businesses and issues
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology and data contracts
• Advise on emerging business issues, legal subjects, and risk management primarily in commercial contract and privacy areas

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate
• 7+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in commercial, privacy, technology, and highly regulated sectors
• Admitted and licensed to practice law in at least one state
• Preference for in-house experience advising a commercial business unit
