State Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their Commercial Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, security exhibits, BAAs, and NDAs with customers
• Negotiate Reseller, MSSP, and other partnership agreements with channel and strategic partners
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS and software agreements, and provide legal advice to internal clients

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school and active admission to a State Bar
• 5-7 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Significant commercial transactions background in technology and SaaS
• Knowledge of data privacy and security issues in technology
• Experience working with large multinational partners, vendors, and customers
