Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage various technology and intellectual property agreements

• Respond to legal requests and summarize legal concepts for business implementation

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of in-house or top-tier law firm experience in technology licensing or transactional law
• Qualified to practice law in the state of residence
• Experience in structuring domestic and international transactions
• Background in drafting service agreements and intellectual property agreements
• Expertise in GDPR and other data protection regulations
