Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel specializing in MedTech.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on sales-side commercial contracting and technology transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including SaaS and licensing arrangements
Provide guidance on Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) transactions and related contractual considerations

Qualifications:

Experience supporting medical device and/or digital health companies
Strong background in sales-side technology transactions
Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
Knowledge of HIPAA and U.S. state privacy laws in a transactional context
Understanding of healthcare compliance considerations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute
