State Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing global commercial transactions practice, the full-time salaried State Licensed Commercial Counsel will review, negotiate, and draft various commercial agreements while collaborating with a team of contracts professionals and stakeholders in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a global team of contracts analysts and attorneys to support the global sales organization
• Review, negotiate, and draft a variety of commercial agreements with clients and vendors
• Advise multiple business units on strategic business initiatives, balancing legal considerations with business realities

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 2-3 years combined experience in law firm or in-house legal department, including experience negotiating and drafting technology agreements
• Contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and business leaders
