Job Summary

Supporting a global music publishing licensing team, the full-time Contract Commercial Counsel - Music & Media will manage licensing transactions, due diligence projects, and contract negotiations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support licensing transactions and related legal matters for the music publishing team
• Assist in designing and executing due diligence projects related to music rights and licensing
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and Statements of Work (SOWs) with major music publishers

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership
• 4-8 years of experience in commercial contracting, media, or licensing-focused legal roles
• Extensive experience in music, media, or digital content industries
• Strong experience with music sync licensing and rights clearance
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements
