To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Commercial Counsel will manage vendor and technology agreements, streamline contracting processes, and provide legal guidance on SaaS and compliance matters while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own vendor and technology agreements from intake to signature
- Build processes, playbooks, and templates to streamline contracting as the company grows
- Advise the business on vendor decisions and draft various commercial agreements
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a Juris Doctor and active bar admission
- 3+ years of relevant experience in law firm, in-house, or commercial contracting
- Experience with vendor, procurement, and technology contracting
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and data environments
- Proven ability to build and refine processes effectively
