Job Summary

State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager, responsible for overseeing client experience delivery and operational effectiveness in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Oversee client experience delivery model to maintain quality and consistency standards
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance team while driving colleague development and training initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance
  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong functional knowledge of Excel and proficiency in MS Office products
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships in a team environment
  • Knowledge of industry developments and the ability to analyze client needs and coverage options
