Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plans for clients
• Conduct gap analysis of coverage and exposures
• Participate in strategy and proposal meetings, ensuring smooth placement processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
• Proficient in Excel and self-serve portals
