Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, drive customer retention, and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions and provide quality service to clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in Agency Management Systems
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM preferred
