Job Summary
Serving as the primary service contact for a book of select commercial clients, the full-time State Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will ensure client satisfaction and strategic planning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contact incumbent carriers to adjust for changes in exposures and evaluate risks
- Obtain, review, negotiate, and finalize quotes while creating complete carrier submissions
- Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, maintaining accurate account details in EPIC
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of coverages
- Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
- Functional knowledge of Excel and proficiency in agency management systems (EPIC)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
