State Licensed Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to work with F100 clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on commercial real estate matters
• Draft and negotiate real estate finance documents while supporting internal client teams
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
• Complex commercial real estate experience, including finance, leasing, and acquisitions
• Experience in leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, and property management disputes
• Industry experience in retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy is ideal
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
