Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the remote Contract Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of state-certified Community Health Workers across multiple states, leveraging established relationships and community networks to close 20-30 roles per month.

Key responsibilities
  • Own sourcing and pipeline development for CHW roles through partnerships with certifying bodies and community organizations
  • Serve as the primary recruiting partner for hiring managers, providing market intelligence and guiding candidates through the hiring process
  • Track CHW certification developments and provide market intelligence to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on Community Health Worker roles
  • Demonstrated relationships with CHW training programs, certification boards, or state CHW associations
  • Proven ability to close 20+ roles per month in a high-volume environment
  • Deep familiarity with CHW certification frameworks across multiple states
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
