State Licensed Complex Denials Consultant is a full-time position responsible for representing healthcare providers in disputes with insurance carriers, handling appeals, and reviewing complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recovery staff in developing legal arguments and tools for appeals
• Draft complex appeals and letters to insurance companies
• Review client contract language to resolve denied claims

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited college or university
• Barred in one state or bar-eligible within 6 months of graduation
