State Licensed Complex Loss Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time remote State Licensed Complex Loss Specialist will manage complex claims, conduct thorough investigations, and provide strategic analysis and presentations to senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex claims by gathering and analyzing relevant documentation and evidence
• Draft coverage analysis, reservation of rights letters, and manage litigation processes with defense counsel
• Maintain clear communication with clients, underwriters, and team members regarding claim status and resolutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of claims experience, particularly in complex claims
• College degree or equivalent claims management experience required
• Active individual adjusting license in a designated home State
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation management experience preferred
