State Licensed Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the OB Homecare business, the full-time State Licensed Compliance Analyst will manage the end-to-end filing of state licensing and enrollment requirements, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while working remotely after initial onsite training in Atlanta, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product leadership to ensure timely submissions and proactive risk identification
• Prepare and submit all required state and federal filings for OB Homecare services, monitoring filing statuses for timely approvals
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies to resolve application issues and maintain all required licenses across operating jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory licensing, enrollment, or a related compliance function
• 3+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes
• Strong working knowledge of CMS, state Medicaid, and multi-state licensing requirements
