Job Summary
To ensure regulatory compliance and product readiness, the full-time State Licensed Compliance Analyst will oversee state insurance filing activities, review regulatory requirements, draft policy forms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide regulatory oversight by reviewing state insurance requirements and assessing their impact on existing products
- Draft, review, and revise policy forms to ensure compliance with state-specific filing and regulatory requirements
- Manage the filing process to support timely product approvals and minimize regulatory and operational risk
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry
- Knowledge of SERFF and/or experience in submitting state filings
- Ability to work with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
