Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Licensing & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete state license applications for therapists and psychiatrists, ensuring all supporting documents are collected and verified
• Follow up with licensing authorities to ensure timely processing of applications and maintain accurate records of provider licensing status
• Track licensing and credentialing activities, assist with audits, and communicate effectively with providers regarding application status

Required Qualifications:

• 0-4 years of experience in administrative support, licensing, compliance, or operations (preferably in digital health or healthcare)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong record-keeping and process management skills
• Collaborative with a sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Commitment to patient access, safety, and supporting high-quality care
