Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Exchange Compliance to join their Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure compliance levels are maintained
• Conduct audits and prepare for external reviews alongside regulatory authorities
• Serve as the main contact for exchange calls and manage compliance-related action items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS requirements
• 2+ years experience managing complex projects effectively
• Experience in a start-up or health tech environment is a plus
