Job Summary
To support a leading technology company, the fully remote Compliance & Ethics Business & Regulatory Investigations Attorney will manage compliance misconduct investigations, conduct interviews, and collaborate cross-functionally while working independently on a 3-month contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and support compliance misconduct investigations, including document review and report writing
- Manage interviews of internal personnel and share investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders
- Work independently and cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- Active bar license
- At least five years of legal practice, preferably at an Amlaw 200 law firm
- JD from a top 50 US law school or equivalent non-US legal studies program
- Experience with internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations
- Proven experience conducting investigations related to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption statutes
