Job Summary
Leading a team in providing technical compliance guidance for employee benefits, the full-time State Licensed Compliance Consultant will develop content addressing compliance legislation, support internal teams, and engage with clients in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy compliance content, including educational materials and regulatory updates
- Lead and supervise team members, providing training and handling escalated inquiries
- Engage with clients and internal teams to assess compliance needs and deliver timely support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Eight or more years of experience in employee benefits and compliance
- Active State Bar License
- Experience in drafting white papers and delivering compliance training
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations, including ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
