Job Summary
Leading compliance initiatives for employee benefits, the full-time remote State Licensed Compliance Consultant will provide technical compliance guidance, develop educational content, and support internal and external stakeholders while supervising team members.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy compliance content addressing new legislation for internal and client distribution
- Lead and supervise team members, handling escalated inquiries and conducting staff training
- Provide timely compliance support and engage with local operational leads to assess client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in employee benefits and compliance
- Active State Bar License (ATT-JD)
- Experience drafting white papers on benefits compliance issues
- Public speaking experience, including developing and delivering compliance training content
