Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, the full-time Remote Regional Compliance Coordinator will monitor legal requirements, manage audits, and oversee policy implementation while serving as the primary contact for compliance inquiries within their assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and communicate changes in federal and state regulations and contract requirements to ensure compliance
- Oversee the preparation and submission of contract reports, ensuring adherence to specifications and deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and serve as the liaison for external audits, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
