Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Compliance Coordinator to minimize organizational risk through compliance audits, investigations, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts compliance audits and prepares governmental disclosures
  • Develops and implements training programs for compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Manages internal investigations and facilitates external investigations by regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications:
  • AAS or BS in Health Information Management or Health Care Administration
  • Minimum five years of healthcare experience with at least three years in healthcare compliance
  • Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT coding principles
  • Formal training in auditing is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CCS-P are required
