Job Summary
To ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, the full-time remote Regional Compliance Coordinator will monitor regulatory changes, oversee contract reporting, and manage internal and external audits while serving as the primary contact for compliance inquiries within their assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and communicate changes in federal and state regulations, minimum wage laws, and contract requirements
- Prepare and submit contract reports while overseeing the development and maintenance of regional policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address compliance issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of compliance-related experience in healthcare, financial services, or a regulated industry
- Proven experience in managing audits, regulatory reporting, and policy implementation
- Strong understanding of compliance principles and the ability to interpret federal and state regulations
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
