State Licensed Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state campaign finance regulations and reporting requirements
• Supervise the Compliance Associate and manage the infrastructure for compliance report preparation
• Act as the primary contact for campaign finance regulators and lead the preparation of IRS reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in campaign finance compliance or regulatory compliance
• 2-3 years of supervisory or project management experience
• Deep knowledge of federal and state campaign finance laws and regulations
• Experience with compliance management systems and advanced Excel skills
