Job Summary

Leading compliance and privacy initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance & Privacy will oversee the development and implementation of compliance programs, ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, and manage privacy-related functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee compliance and privacy programs across clinical and operational functions
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary operational updates to maintain compliance
• Lead compliance audits and manage incident reporting processes to ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, behavioral health, business, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, audit, or risk management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations, clinical documentation standards, and patient rights
• Experience managing audits, investigations, and compliance-related incident reporting systems
• Familiarity with healthcare security frameworks and cross-functional collaboration with IT teams
