Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (US) to lead and develop a team ensuring regulatory compliance for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists
• Oversee transaction file audits for regulatory compliance across U.S. states and Canadian provinces
• Develop and maintain standardized compliance checklists and training tailored to regional requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage compliance, audit, or related operations
• Proven leadership experience managing compliance or transaction operations teams
• Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate regulatory requirements
• Active real estate license in good standing with State Associations and NAR
• B.A or B.S degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
