Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (US) to lead and develop a team ensuring regulatory compliance for real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists
- Oversee transaction file audits for regulatory compliance across U.S. states and Canadian provinces
- Develop and maintain standardized compliance checklists and training tailored to regional requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage compliance, audit, or related operations
- Proven leadership experience managing compliance or transaction operations teams
- Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate regulatory requirements
- Active real estate license in good standing with State Associations and NAR
- B.A or B.S degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
