Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Trading Compliance Specialists, managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee Trading Compliance, including incident investigation, event and market compliance monitoring, and house rules governance
• Act as an escalation point for high-risk issues, supporting decision-making and regulatory alignment with Trading teams

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in compliance, trading operations, or risk within a regulated industry, preferably in sports betting or gaming
• Experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong understanding of sportsbook trading, markets, events, and risk exposure
• Proven ability to manage incidents and make decisions under pressure
• Experience working with U.S. gaming regulators and familiarity with sportsbook platforms or house rules development
