Job Summary

Supporting corporate governance and legal operations, the full-time remote State Licensed Compliance Specialist will manage regulatory filings, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and implement process improvements within a growing insurance organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Support corporate governance and entity management by maintaining accurate legal and compliance records
  • Prepare and manage licensing and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and recordkeeping systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience required
  • Proficiency with insurer and individual licensing and regulatory filings
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, preferably in auto insurance law
  • Experience conducting legal research and drafting documents, policies, and procedures
