Job Summary

To ensure high-risk compliance activities are executed with precision, the full-time salaried State Licensed Compliance VP will oversee operational compliance functions, including surplus lines tax and filing operations, licensing, and financial crimes compliance, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls for operational compliance
• Build and develop high-performing teams to support compliance initiatives and regulatory obligations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance compliance or related risk functions within a Property & Casualty insurance organization
• Deep expertise in surplus lines tax, licensing operations, and financial crimes compliance
• Proven experience managing operational compliance teams and high-volume regulatory processes
• Strong understanding of state insurance regulations and regulatory filing requirements
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, CCEP) are a plus
