Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate L2.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of procurement agreements
• Work within contract management systems and client environment
• Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any state is preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of contracts negotiation experience
• Solid drafting experience
