Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts and provide feedback to enhance quality
• Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and compliance with USCIS guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and internal teams to finalize documents and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and Slack
