State Licensed Contract Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Attorney to support their Legal team in reviewing various contracts and maintaining company records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct first round review of contract drafting, review, and negotiations
• Develop contract templates and ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments throughout the contract lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiations (in-house preferred)
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to a State Bar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of finance/invoicing/insurance is preferred
