Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Counsel - Vendor & Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of attorneys in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for clients
• Act as an escalation point for complex agreements and advise on contractual terms
• Establish internal governance for the sales and contracting process with clients

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school (JD)
• Active license to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 10 years of vendor and commercial contracting experience
• Experience negotiating complex technology and payments transactions
• Strong leadership and management skills
