Job Summary
Supporting Market Access and Account Management teams, the full-time State Licensed Contracts Administrator will manage state Medicaid contracting operations, including contract lifecycle management, pricing analysis, and regulatory compliance, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle of state Medicaid contracts and supplemental rebate agreements
- Review, redline, and negotiate state Medicaid agreements in alignment with business and legal requirements
- Analyze Medicaid contract performance and investigate pricing or rebate discrepancies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- State Medicaid contracting and supplemental rebate agreement management experience
- Knowledge of Best Price, URA, AMP, GTN, and government pricing regulations
- Experience supporting Medicaid bid solicitations and pricing evaluations
- Contract compliance experience within regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
